Once I finally can run the game, it's been the old version of the game every time. Lots of crashes and force closes before it starts the process again. I'm not sure I've ever even seen it finish properly. Every time I reinstall, it shows that it's verifying the game which takes ages. I've also validated game files multiple times. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and used two different steam keys. It says I'm on version 1.0.0.341 which doesn't allow me to play with any friends.

I tried two different steam keys for Civ 6 today on my Mac Pro desktop and I just can't figure out why the game isn't working for me. I realize these can be sketchy but they're both from dependable sources and my friend used one with no issue. Note: I got two different steam keys for Civ 6 from G2A.
